Much of my content writing, editing, and marketing strategy work has been focused on IT topics, products, and services: AI, cybersecurity, cloud, IoT, Chromebooks, app development, wireless networking, edge computing. The tech is important, but without the stories of the people solving problems and changing lives with it, technology is just "speeds and feeds" — product features. The value I try to bring to every project is communicating the human story behind the technology. Ultimately, that's what touches and sways your customers to engage with you and your products.

Technology touches just about every aspect of our lives. No matter the industry, there's technology being used to solve problems. I've written about the technology in finance, K-12 education, higher education, small business, med/lar business, healthcare, and government. I've found engaging stories to tell in all of them.
